Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Dollsy Reborns UK, we understand that circumstances can change. The following cancellation terms apply to all orders and are in line with UK consumer law.

Reborn Dolls for Children (Ages 3+)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a £5 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reasonable costs already incurred, including payment processing and order handling.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Silicone Dolls (Ages 14+)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a £10 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reasonable costs already incurred, including payment processing and order handling.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Weighted Reborn Dolls (Ages 14+)

Orders for weighted reborn dolls may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that preparation has not already begun.

If cancelled within this timeframe, a £15 administration and preparation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reasonable costs already incurred, including materials, preparation time, and payment processing.

Once preparation or packaging has started, or once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. Any applicable fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order status at the time of contact.
