How are your reborn baby dolls packaged and shipped?
All of our reborn dolls are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. We ship from the UK to customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Canada using trusted, fully tracked courier services.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day, and tracking details are sent by email once your order has been shipped. We also offer FREE Worldwide delivery on orders over £150.

How long will it take to receive my doll?
Dolls for children (3+) and silicone dolls (14+) are usually dispatched the same day or next working day. Weighted vinyl dolls require up to 1 week for preparation before shipping. If you need your doll by a specific date, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Contact Us
Can I return my reborn doll if I change my mind?
Yes. If you change your mind, you may return your reborn doll within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the doll must be unused, in its original condition, and show no signs of use, wear, damage or improper handling. It must also be returned with all original accessories and packaging.

Are reborn dolls suitable for children?
Our dolls for ages 3+ are safe for children when used as intended. Weighted and silicone dolls are collector items and intended for ages 14+. Please follow our care instructions for safe handling. Doll Care Instructions
How do I care for a reborn baby doll?
To keep your reborn baby doll looking its best, always handle it with care and keep it clean and dry. Avoid excessive friction, moisture, oils, lotions and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Care instructions can vary depending on whether your doll is made from silicone or vinyl, and whether it has painted, rooted mohair or rooted nylon hair.
