Silicone dolls are delicate, hand-painted items intended for ages 14+. They may be enjoyed with gentle handling, but are not designed for play by children or rough use.

Paint is inspected and intact when the doll leaves our care. Paint wear or peeling can occur when dolls are handled by children, as silicone paint is sensitive to squeezing, friction, moisture, and contact with oils or lotions. This type of wear is considered normal with child play.

Hair Care

This doll has hand-rooted mohair hair. Mohair is chosen for its soft texture and realistic appearance, but it is delicate and should be handled gently.

Brush carefully using a soft baby brush or wide-tooth comb. Avoid pulling, excessive brushing, heat styling, chemical treatments, or rough handling.

As with all hand-rooted dolls, some hair shedding is normal and may occur during brushing, dressing, styling, or general handling. Due to the fine nature of mohair and the realistic single-hair rooting method, occasional loose hairs are expected and are not considered a defect.

Slight variations in hair density, direction, and rooting pattern are normal characteristics of a handmade doll and add to its unique appearance.

Cleaning should be limited to gentle wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.

Please store the doll carefully, away from heat and direct sunlight.

I Ordered this doll for my daughter for her Xmas so she’s still in the box but I did take her out for a wee hold and omg I cannot believe how much it looks and feels like a real baby it’s scary it’s that real , it was a very expensive doll for a child and wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend so much but honestly it is worth every penny and I’m so glad I got her it cause I know she will absolutely love it and is such a special gift , would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a silicon reborn x

You would think there would be a lot more correspondence with the cost of these. I paid for it and got confirmation, had to email to ask when I would ship, was told a few days, not heard anything since, still hasn’t arrive and your asking me for a review?

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We were a little surprised to read this review, so we’d just like to clarify the timeline for anyone reading.
This item was purchased as a pre-order with a clearly stated dispatch date of 15th September. Your order was dispatched as scheduled, using the Standard Shipping (2–4 working days) option selected at checkout, and was successfully delivered on 17th September - only two days after the stated dispatch date.
You emailed us on the 17th asking when your order would arrive, and we replied straight away to confirm that tracking showed it was due for delivery that very same day. Unfortunately, this review was posted shortly afterwards, before the parcel had actually arrived.
