How are the dolls shipped?
All dolls are carefully packaged and shipped within the UK. Standard and next-day shipping options are available. We take extra care to ensure your doll arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
Can I return my doll if I change my mind?
Dolls for children (3+) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in the original packaging. Weighted and silicone dolls cannot be returned for change of mind due to their delicate or handmade nature.
How long will it take to receive my doll?
Dolls for children (3+) and silicone dolls are usually dispatched the same day or next working day. Weighted dolls require up to 1 week for preparation before shipping.
